Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Mansfeld & Paolinelli SpA (hereinafter, MP Global) collects through mpglobal.cl, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. For the terms that govern the use of the site and the hiring of our services, see our Terms and Conditions (in Spanish).

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

What data we collect

We only collect data when you choose to provide it, through the site's contact form: name, company, email, service of interest and the message you write. We do not ask for identity documents or card details through the site.

In addition, automatically and in aggregate form, we use web analytics tools to understand how the site is used (see Cookies and analytics below).

What we use it for

• To answer your inquiry and assess whether we can help with your case.
• To contact you by email or WhatsApp if you gave us that option.
• To send you an automatic email confirming that we received your message.

We do not use form data for any other purpose, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties, except for the providers needed to run the site (see the next section).

Where it is stored

Form messages are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet managed within MP Global's Google Workspace account, through a Google script (Apps Script) that processes each submission. The automatic confirmation email is sent from the same Google infrastructure.

Google and Cloudflare (the provider that hosts the site) may store or process information on servers located outside Chile.

Payments

If you pay for a service through a payment link, your card or payment details are received and processed directly by the payment provider (for example, dLocal), under its own terms and privacy policy. MP Global does not receive or store that data; it only receives the payment confirmation.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit it and from where. We only set analytics cookies if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. If you decline, Google Analytics works without cookies and only receives aggregated data that does not identify you. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable data.

You can change your choice at any time, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works the same without them.

How long we keep your data

We keep form data while there is an ongoing or potential inquiry or business relationship with you. You can ask us at any time to delete your information from our records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for information about the data we hold about you, and to correct, delete or block it, by writing to contacto@mpglobal.cl. This applies regardless of the country you write from.
