In Chile, a simple company can be incorporated within a few business days using digital platforms; more complex structures or other countries take longer. In the initial assessment we give you a concrete timeline for your case.

Can you help if we already have an ongoing tax authority audit?

Yes. We review the request, prepare the supporting documentation and represent you in the response, prioritizing reduced exposure over simply answering the notice.

What exactly does a legal due diligence include?

Review of the corporate structure, current contracts, labor and tax contingencies, and ownership of assets such as trademarks. It's the same analysis a buyer or investor would run before closing, done ahead of time so it doesn't catch you off guard. If a labor contingency comes up, we coordinate with our employment services.

Do you also draft day-to-day NDAs and commercial contracts?

Yes, it's part of the recurring service: NDAs, civil and commercial contracts, and any instrument that needs legal backing before signing.
