Relocation and destination services for your international talent

We support employees and their families from before they land through to a completed settling-in: housing, schools, local paperwork and adjustment, so the move never becomes the reason someone resigns.

The real problem

A poorly supported move costs more than the relocation itself

When a company moves an employee and their family to another country, the most expensive mistake is rarely logistical, it's human. An executive who spends their first weeks sorting out housing, school and paperwork on their own arrives exhausted before they even start. And if the family never truly settles in, the decision to stay or leave rarely comes down to title or salary.

The difficulty isn't just finding housing or a school, it's doing so without knowing the local market, the language, or the real timelines for each procedure. That gap between arriving and actually feeling settled is exactly where we work.

MP Global manages the full relocation process, not just the apartment search. We prepare the arrival, coordinate housing and school, handle local paperwork and stay involved after the move, until the family is genuinely settled.

How we work

A process with defined stages and timelines

We work in clear phases so that at any moment you know exactly where your employee's settling-in stands and what comes next.

  1. Assessment

We review the employee's and their family's profile (size, ages, needs) to determine which destination services are a priority before arrival.

  2. Solution design

We build a settling-in plan with concrete timelines: housing area, candidate schools and outstanding paperwork.

  3. Implementation

We coordinate viewings, signings and in-person procedures, accompanying in person when needed.

  4. Monitoring

We track how the adjustment is going during the first weeks, not just on moving day.

  5. Closing

We confirm the family is settled (lease signed, school enrolled, paperwork up to date) and leave an open channel for whatever comes up afterward.

FAQ

Common questions about relocation and destination services

Does the service cover just the executive or the whole family?
It covers the whole family group. Spouses, children and other dependents receive the same level of support as the main applicant, from school search to psychological support if needed.
Do you help with a driver's license and other day-to-day paperwork?
Yes. We handle driver's license applications, opening bank accounts and other local documentation, plus a city orientation tour so the family gets settled quickly.
What if the housing or school we chose doesn't work out once we're settled?
We stay involved after the move. If something isn't working (the school, the neighborhood, the lease), we help correct course; we don't close the case the day the contract is signed. If there is also an immigration matter to resolve, we coordinate directly with our immigration services.
Which countries do you offer destination services in?
We have direct operations in Chile and Argentina, and coverage across the rest of the region through a network of local specialists, coordinated through a single MP Global point of contact.
How long does the full settling-in process take?
It depends on the city and the family's profile, but as a reference, housing and school search is usually resolved within 2 to 4 weeks of the employee's arrival, and support remains available for several weeks after.
